Wiseman AI Information Technology Services is a company incorporated and operating under the laws of the Philippines.
By creating an account, accessing, or otherwise using the Site or our services, you confirm that you accept these Terms and that you agree to comply with them. These Terms apply to all Users of the Site, including without limitation Users who are browsers, customers, and contributors of content.
If you are using the Site or services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Our Site and services are not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly permit such individuals to create accounts or use our services. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age and are otherwise legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Site and services for their intended purposes, subject to these Terms. Our services include, among others, an “Encoder” feature that allows you to upload PDF files and images so that specific fields may be extracted using AI.

The Site and its original content (excluding User Content), features, functionality, software, text, graphics, and logos are and will remain the exclusive property of Wiseman AI Information Technology Services and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in our intellectual property, except for the limited license expressly set forth herein.
Your use of the Site and our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our services, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of any such third-party content or services.
We strive to keep the Site and services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that AI-generated field extractions or other outputs will be accurate, complete, or reliable, and you are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on it.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Wiseman AI Information Technology Services, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Site or services.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wiseman AI Information Technology Services and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site or services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site and services at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site and services will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Philippines.
